Marissa J. Costello was raised in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.  She attended Boston University School of Law and has been practicing law in the State of New Jersey for over 30 years.  She has experience in family court litigation and tax preparation return analysis.  Her practice includes most cases heard in Family Court. Ms. Costello also handles municipal court charges and real estate transactions related to your family matter, and prepares simple wills, powers of attorney and medical directives.

Marissa believes that the best way to resolve your family law matter is to be fully informed of the facts and the law.  She will partner with you to determine the best way to pursue your goals, whether that be negotiating an agreement or aggressively advocating your position in court.  Ms. Costello has successfully represented clients in all areas of family law and appeared in every county court in the State of New Jersey.  Marissa is a respected mediator, certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey, and helps other attorneys settle their cases as an MESP panelist.

Roy L. Whitmore grew up in Camden, New Jersey. He was a police officer for 30 years and has been a criminal defense attorney for over 30 years. He graduated from Rowan University and Widener Law School and has taught at the law school as an adjunct professor/special presenter. Roy’s practice includes defense of criminal charges in both superior and municipal court, defense of traffic violations and DUI/DWI/refusal charges, gun appeals, licensing issues, expungements and related matters. He also handles significant personal injury cases.
